John Davis

John Davis

President and CEO

John Davis is President of Brokers International Mountain States and sister company Federal Benefits Educators. John founded BIMS in 2002 and FBE in 2008 a year after the firm’s entry into the federal employee marketplace. John held various positions in the investment management, banking and insurance businesses before forming BIMS. In addition to insurance licensure John is an investment advisor representative, general securities representative and general securities and municipal bond principal. John is an instrument rated private pilot with a special affinity for backcountry operations. He is a long- time member of the Boise downtown Rotary club. He also volunteers as an Officer of the Idaho Aviation Association. When he’s not flying his 1958 Cessna 182 he’s probably fishing, hiking or hanging out with the family. John and his wife Michelle have enjoyed over 33 years of marriage and have three children.

Monique began her tenure with the company in 2002 as the first employee. Monique is one of those people who just make things happen… at BIMS it’s really hard to quantify what she does… because she does a little bit of everything. Monique heads up our relationship management team insuring that all of our clients are well taken care of. Monique provides exceptional service to her successful clients located throughout the United States. Prior to co-founding BIMS, she held direct service roles with one of the largest institutional food processing equipment companies in the country. Monique has held nearly every position in the company, giving her a unique perspective, deep understanding and commitment to what makes our clients successful.

Chris Wilkinson

Vice President and Relationship Manager

Prior to joining BIMS Chris served as a relationship manager with a large national insurance marketing organization. Prior to that Chris was a successful financial advisor in a career captive organization. Chris brings practical field experience and empathy for the needs of his producers to everything he does at BIMS.

Kim Clarke

Operations Manager

Kim joined BIMS/FBE over six years ago and serves as operations manager within our relationship management team. Kim is responsible for all case processing and tracking and the licensing and contracting functions of BIMS.

Charlene Roberts

Senior Vice President of Federal Benefits Educators LLC BIMS sister company founded in 2008 to support our efforts in the federal employee marketplace. As General Manager of FBE, Charlene is responsible for the team that supports federal employee outreach and support services for our financial advisor clientele. Charlene’s dedication and sincere care for the FBE clientele is unmatched. Prior to joining FBE, Charlene served in a similar capacity with a competing firm. She has over a decade’s experience in the financial services industry working with a leading investment institution. Charlene’s professional career spans the insurance, investment and educational workshop environment.

Tracy Gregory

Tracy Gregory has over 20 years of professional experience in administration and management. Her positive attitude, efficiency and exceptional customer service allows her to communicate efficiently and effectively. Prior to joining FBE Tracy was the Client Care Manager for a veterinary practice. This experience with small animals leaves her uniquely qualified to communicate effectively with the office staff at FBE. In all seriousness Tracy is able to juggle priorities, balance activities and make sure everything happens effectively and efficiently in our educational workshop business.

Margaret administers the FBE office providing our team there with a variety of administrative support services. Margaret is a consummate professional – able to juggle multiple priorities, leap tall buildings in a single bound… all with a smile and a great attitude.

Cristi Bolin

Cristi Bolin

Financial Administrator

Cristi joined BIMS in 2011 and brings a great deal of accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness to her role as financial administrator. She is responsible for financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processing. Supporting the financial processes and activities of businesses now approaching 30 professionals Cristi’s ability to handle competing priorities and stressful time constraints with grace is her strong suit. Prior to joining BIMS Cristi served the US Bankruptcy Court Trustee for Southwest Idaho as Financial Administrator.

FBE, Senior Field Trainer

John joined FBE following his retirement as a Captain in the United States Coast Guard. Following his Coast Guard career John served as an adjunct professor in the University of Alaska educational system. Upon relocation from Alaska to Boise Idaho John has served FBE as a field trainer. His first hand knowledge of federal benefits systems and educational experience make him well qualified to deliver benefits information.

Prior to joining Federal Benefits Educators LLC Stacia served as a human resource professional and benefits trainer in several federal agencies. Stacia retired from federal service recently and is well qualified to assist federal employees in understanding the benefits choices and planning required prior to retirement from federal service.

Greg joined FBE as a field trainer following retirement from the Department of Defense Veterans Administration Medical System. Greg served as an HR professional in this environment.

Walt joined FBE as a field trainer following retirement from the Department of Defense where he held various roles as a project manager and systems coordinator.

Sue Warner

Sue has been with FBE since 2008 serving as a source of benefits information and interpretation for licensed financial professional members of the FBE Advisor Network. Prior to joining FBE retired as an HR Professional with the Internal Revenue Service.

Laura serves as support service director for FBE providing members of the FBE Advisor Network with support in benefits analysis and interpretation. Prior to joining FBE Laura retired as an HR professional in a federal agency environment.
