Miranda has worked in the industry since 2010, joining BIMS as their Operations Coordinator in 2021. She handles processing of carrier contracting, new business submission and follow up, production reporting, and any other administrative items that come through.

Outside of work, she enjoy spending time with family – playing games, traveling, and finding new indoor/outdoor activities.

As General Manager of FBE, Charlene is responsible for the team that supports federal employee outreach and support services for our financial advisor clientele. Charlene’s dedication and sincere care for the FBE clientele is unmatched. Prior to joining FBE, Charlene served in a similar capacity with a competing firm. She has over a decade’s experience in the financial services industry working with a leading investment institution. Charlene’s professional career spans the insurance, investment, and educational workshop environment.

Kaily is one of two workshop coordinators at FBE. She oversees trainings from start to finish, managing the midwest and western regions of the country. In her free time, she enjoys organizing, shopping, and trying new drinks.
